We had 154 comments the first day and 64 on day 2! Thank you everyone for stopping by and leaving your kind words, and for those of you that did on facebook as well. I couldn’t choose who the winners were so I used a number generator to choose the 2 lucky mini session winners. (Drum roll please…)

And for everyone else, this means I will be opening up 2 days in September that we will be doing 1 hour mini sessions for only 35$! The sessions will go fast so put your name in for one. We’ll do one day of outdoor photos and one day of studio photos. So you get your choice. I’ll post the dates for them when I get back from vacation.

This family called me a few months ago to set up some pictures while all the cousins were together for their summer break. I had no idea how much personality I was dealing with until I met these spunky kids. We had so much fun. At first we took some head shots and then I asked them to horse around and thats when I got to know their real personalities. I love when kids are not afraid of the camera or afraid to share their personalities with me and thats just what I got. Here’s a peak of the gorgeous kids head shots.

This weekend was so much fun. We went up to Big Bear to photograph a wedding for a friend from college. They had a beautiful traditional Catholic wedding followed by a reception that will be remembered by all for being an amazing party! I think everyone had a great time from the bride and groom dance down to the “adult pinata’s” lol Seriously pinata’s filled with mini alcohol bottles. It was classic. I had a chance to pull some photos out to share with you all.

In less that 12 hours our new little bundle of joy will be here. I can’t believe how fast the time has gone by. In the last 9 months I have met some amazing clients that are so much more that clients- you are my friends. You have all be so supportive, loving, understanding and just awesome. I have been blessed with each of you in my life.
So tomorrow Baby Justin Morrison will be born sometime in the early morning. I promise to post photos soon for everyone to see him. You might see him sooner if you look me up on Facebook. I’m under btsphotos and tishia morrison. If your not my friend already there stop by and befriend me!
If in the next 3 weeks you send me an email and I don’t get back to you right away I’m sorry in advance. I wont be doing a whole lot of work in the next 3 weeks but I will get back to you as soon as we get settled. Jonathan’s mom and I have been talking for months. When she called me the first time it was like we were old friends and we just chatted away. I’m pretty sure that was back in September. So when we finally go together and met for the first time we were old friends! And Jonathan… well he is one lucky guy. His mom loves him so much. It was so great to see the two of them because she had told me so much about him that I felt like I had known him as well, and we were immediate friends.
As you can see he has a gorgeous smile. And ladies…. this one is a keeper! After he goes to college that is. He’s going to Law school eventually and has many goals ahead of him in the near future. Jonathan… good luck reaching all of your goals. I know that you are going to go far with all of your ambition.

I can’t believe April is really here. Our baby boy is due this month which means I am on maternity leave until September 1st! I know its a long time but I am looking forward to spending time with my family and our new addition when he gets here.
Thank you everyone for all the love and support through out our pregnancy. I have been so blessed to have such amazing clients and friends.
Over the next couple weeks I will have all of your galleries from the last week up and online. I’ll still be ordering prints and working at home I just wont be shooting unless we have already discussed something.
Oh and I will be updating the blog! I know I’m not on here much but its because I have been so busy trying to get everyone in before I was done shooting.
Also, I am already booking for September and on already. Which means the holidays are going to be busy this year. If you want to secure your spot give me a call or send me an email so we can get you on the books before I’m full. I’ll be posting specials for September in the next couple months. So check back for updates.
If you need a photographer over the next few months I have a link to the left under Maternity leave with Wedding photographers that I would recommend, and you can also check with them for your other needs. I do have another child photographer that is not listed but if you give me a call I can get you her info. She’s only taking a selective amount of new clients so I haven’t listed her here.

Hi Moms and Dads,
I have been getting phone calls from some of you requesting prices and info. Please call or email me with any questions. I have made the price sheet so I can email it to you if you want it and I have been updated on which class will have the class photo and which will not. If your class is not having a class photo then your 5×7 class photo in the package will be replaced with a 5×7 of your student.

The other day I had the chance to catch up with the amazing Rodriguez Family. They have the most gorgeous smiles and personalities. We had so much fun even chasing the little one to get a few good smiles from her. 2 year olds are always so much fun to photograph even when they keep you on your toes. I loved so many of their photos that I had to post a few here for you to see.
I’m also sharing them in the amazing “Stunning” action by My Four Hens Photography She makes amazing actions for photographers and sells them on her blog. If your looking for a few new ones check her out!
